Website Cancellation Policy

Clients May Cancel Website Service at Any Time

  • All cancellations require a 30 day notice

All Website HTML Files are the Property of the Client

  • All Website HTML Files and Related Images will be delievered to the client upon cancellation
  • HTML Files and Related Images will be delivered on a CD via postal mail within 7 - 14 days after cancellation.
  • It is the client's responsibility to acquire and upload these website files to a new hosting provider
  • Website Files Will Only Be Delievered if the Client's Account has a Zero Balance Due
  • Deliquent Accounts Will Not Receive HTML Files Upon Cancellation
  • It is the client's responsibility to reconfigure all necessary DNS changes
  • It is the client's responsibility to reconfigure all forms, databases, and related custom development
  • Technical support for any website transition will be billed at a rate of $75 / Hour

Email Accounts

  • It is the client's responsibility to backup up all emails prior to account deactivation.
  • Once cancelled, no emails are stored or retained.
  • It is the client's responsibility to secure a new email hosting provider prior to account deactivation.
  • It is the client's responsibility to reconfigure all necessary DNS changes to ensure uninterrrupted e-mail service.
  • Technical support for any email transition will be billed at a rate of $75 / Hour

Reinstatement

  • Reinstatement of services after a cancelation will incur a fee.
  • The reinstatement fee is equal to the amount that would have been paid had the cancellation never occured.
